Key Dates:
Monday, March 2nd - Track Season Begins. Meet on the track at 2:30pm
Tuesday, March 10th - Spring sports parent meeting; 6:30pm in the GPHS Commons
Practice Schedule
We will hold practices from 2:30pm until around 5:00pm. Some event groups finish earlier than others. See your event group coach for more specific finish times.
We meet Monday-Friday at 2:30pm. We will hold a Saturday practice at 8:00am on March 7th and 14th.

To purchase race singlets, shorts, and spirit wear go to Exemplar Gear and Apparel
There are two ways to get uniforms for the season...
One is to purchase a singlet from Exemplar Gear and Apparel ($25)
Second is to check out a singlet from the school. Checked out singlets must be returned at the end of the season to avoid fines. See Coach David if you want a school issued uniform to borrow for the season.
Athletes will also need black shorts. These can be purchased from Exemplar, or you can use existing solid black shorts you currently own.
